I needed a window(wall) a/c unit installed. Sterling made trim for the outside, sealed it and added a drip system so the rain drips away from the house. He also redid the interior trim and swapped my outlets so I can use it. It took him all day, but it looks good and all I have to do is repaint.

Longevity Home Construction has been working with me for about 18 months. During this time, Sterling has hung paintings and mirrors, and re-did much of the slop that other workers had done. Sterling has become my hero, as he professionally and kindly redid the poor work, and restored my confidence in humanity. He knows how to do electrical and plumbing, and meticulous with his work. Sterling is both forthright and honest, and pleasant to work with. What a pleasure. My house was about 30 years old when I purchased it in 2023, and little to no upgrades and maintenance had been done. Not only that, the original construction wasn't up to code, and my house had problems as a result, requiring repairs and remediation. Sterling is one of these guys who can do everything. Most recently, he replaced my siding, and you won't believe it, but he even made my curtains!!! The guy is amazing, and I can't recommend him more highly.

Had Sterling do another job for us and once it's painted, you'd never know it was fixed. If you're considering using him, don't think twice, as he does very good work!
